Where is My Report?

If you ordered one of our computer-generated reports, they are run by hand during business hours. You will receive your report by email within 24 hours from your purchase during business hours. We do not usually run reports on the weekends, so if you place your order on Saturday, look for it to arrive by Monday.

If you don't receive your report, it is very likely sitting in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder before emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. It is also possible that you mistyped your email address when placing your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email from us, that is likely what happened. If you have a Hotmail or AOL account, it is possible that our emails are being blocked. We recommend you change email services to gmail or protonmail for better delivery. Always include your phone number with your online orders so that we can contact you if your email isn't working.
